How do I reserve my locker with Santiago Lockers?
Very easy! You just have to follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the option 'RESERVE A LOCKER'
2. Choose your dates and the box office that suits your needs (XL, M or S).
3. Make the payment by entering a valid credit card.
4. You will receive a 6-digit numerical code and a QR code to access your ticket office as many times as you need.
Can I book in advance?
It will be your best option if you want to arrive and, with your code, leave your luggage at the selected locker. However, you can make the reservation at the local itself, using a portable device with Internet connection.
How do you access the locker?
Once your reservation is formalized, you will receive a numerical code and a QR. You will only have to put thecode on the screen of our lockers, and a door according to the selected size will automatically open.
What time do Santiago Lockers open?
Our local is open 24 hours / 365 days a year.
How many times can I access my locker?
Once you have your code, you can open your locker as many times as you need within your reservation period.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, within 24 hours previous to the start of the reservation.
How long is my reservation valid?
Your reservation will be active from 00:01 on the reservation day for 24 hours, unless you decide to extend it for the time you need.
I have not received the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check spam or junk mail in case you received it in any of those folders. If you do not have it, enter the web and with your registration you will have access to your reservations.
